Can an ASM be biologically blood related to an associate in the store he is working at i.e son-daughter. Seems wrong to me. There is no way to not show favoritism.

Most companies have an official policy against this & for good reason but I've worked enough retail to know it's seldom enforced. There's always a clique. Blood relatives, neighbors, childhood friends all getting the good shifts, better ( for retail but still ...) pay raises & the worst, promotions. If you complain, you are retaliated against so you play along pretending not to notice.
Retail is a dirty business. Clawing against each other for near poverty wages while for some reason supporting policies like no universal health insurance that you actually need.
The anonymous email isn't a bad idea although they will probably try to get you to reveal yourself.
No against policy but they change policy when ever it benefits them.
By official company policy, no, nor can there be a relationship between a salaried manager and an hourly employee.
Make a sock puppet email account and lodge an anonymous complaint with District.
I'm sure they can since Blowes has no real ethics policy enforced. That also includes roommates and side pieces.
