I love being told a raise is coming your way and then told sorry not for you. Why in gods name send an email announcing raises for the rank and file who ,by the way, ACTUALLY DOES THE WORK that allows the big shots to live in multi million dollar mansions and cruise around in a private jet and then tell 75% of your workers that because you put in blood sweat and tears no raise for you. It's like a sm--k in the face. WE deal with the customers every day. Not you. It's not the raise that pi----g me off It's the way it was being put up as a gesture that lowes truly cares about its employees. Well now I see how they really care. I am sorry Marvin but big mistake here. Pi----g off your most tenured and dedicated employees.
I got called into the office to tell me I wasn’t getting a raise because I was being paid more than the market average for my position. I am not kidding! Not only did I receive nothing, they rubbed my face in it. F U Melvin!
