Lol working on the sales floor was such a joke. Every once in a while the mid shift might get a few scraps, the night crew always got zip, maybe a soda or bottle of water.
The openers had a free for all they’d pile their plates high and take 2nd’s and 3rd’s.
They’d leave freight, go backs, pricing complaints for the closer.
We create the sales that keep your front end employed, not the as----e customers.
Floor associates can be appreciated when you stop making sh-t unbearably annoying for people in the front and back end of the store.
When unloading mulch trucks I always enjoy hitting the brakes suddenly to see the pallets dump over. Then immediately go on break.
Hey if the dip sh*ts at RDC can so can we. I see a shortage in recovery bags coming very soon!
I’ve started breaking merchandise to get back at the company. Dropkicking light bulbs, taking a box cutter to drywall, and cutting bags of concrete wide open when no one is looking, I’m slowly destroying inventory hahaha
With the pathetic effort at "Front End Appreciation," I wonder how bad a Floor Department Appreciation "Event" would be.
"That day old pizza wasn't good? You know that came out of our store's budget! Ungrateful cusses!"
Pizza party, what else. If you are lucky you might get tomato soup with grilled cheese one day
Every other Friday
