Remember ALL YOU SALARIED EMPLOYEES , IT IS ILLEGAL FOR THEM TO DICTATE A SALARIED EMPLOYEE’S HOURS IN OFFICE. STRAIGHT FACTS!!!

Stop letting them treat you like high-school kids. You are professionals. Only thing that wells ever did good qas exploit loopholes since THE Schart joined. This company has become unamerican.

PS, don’t accept any awards. The Terms upon acceptance could be hiding things like how the bonus is paid out etc.

They arrive at 8am and leave around 2:30 for daycare pickup but never see them back online or available for any meetings later in day. How do people get away with this!? My workload would not allow that.

has anyone ever had to extend their hours of operation as you were working a standard 7/8hr shift? got a phone call mid day and literally had to accept the fact I am stuck inside my store for the next 5 hours rather than the initial 2. Doesn't make any sense especially since there aren't too many students and it's always dead past a certain point, literally just rotting away. I do feel very disrespected considering how out of the blue it was and am mentally clocking out of this company as the days pass lol
