What's the rumoured redundancy package. I heard 4 weeks, 6 weeks and 8 weeks per year from all different people.

Anyone any idea what they are giving this time. Just wondering if the packages are getting worse or staying the same as the years go on.

Will there be more layoffs this year or do we think it's all over until 2027 now?

I am working fir Cisco for 12 years. I have seen so many of these restructurings so far. I wonder if they consider to offer ER again like Microsoft is doing.

Only my second year to go through this process. I know what it stands for, but can’t seem to find anything on the intrawebs. Is it 3 months and you just up and leave that day? I thought I read here you may have to work during it? Sorry for the amateur question.

I’ve seen some comments about older Associates being offered a buyout package. Is that really a thing? I’m 61 and wondering if they might approach me as I don’t think another VBO is in the picture.

My mental health has taken a nose dive by working at this company and weirdly I wasn’t included in the recent round of MIX layoffs and I actually was hoping that I would be. I’m talking to a psychiatrist about FMLA at some point for mental health and I’m wondering if anyone’s had experience with that and found that when they came back to work that they just ended up getting laid off anyway and or should I just try to gather my notes and ask for a package?
