So, I set a bunch of fake meetings so Sapience thinks I work 7hrs a day. in reality, i work maybe 2hrs. on top of that i live near the office and my team is offshore so i badge in around 8..go home and write some emails. then i workout or nap. by 5pm i stop by office to badge again so i even log 9hrs. their badging software su-ks also. loving fiserv #fiservProud

That plan might work elsewhere, but as long as KKR is pleased, FB stays. As dramatic as the reports are here, it manifests as a series of small cuts across the enterprise. Yes, combined they will weaken and damage the company, but will not "ki-l" it. The enterprise will be kept barely alive, infused by the next acquisition which can be milked. It's hard to face the reality, but it's playing out in the open in real time. The sentiments of associates wanting to save the company are admirable, but misplaced in reality I fear. Sending emails in to investor relations will just get you a canned #fiservproud response.
The current regime plays favorites. RTO for some people, WFH for some people, 2x pay for some people in the same title as others, etc.. #fiservproud
Lets see what cr-p brand posts here about this topic. Its black and white not open to gaslighting or spin. Planning my exit now, 20+ years, been asked to stay even have a hall pass for WFH but its TOO toxic, abusive. My remorse comes from leaving co-workers some I hired others worked with these many years but now my health has been impacted to a point where I MUST get out. Fiserv was never GREAT as some here have said and I agree, was planning my exit before the Frank/FD nightmare just not quite this early, not running out while the building is on fire.
While none of us are irreplaceable to Fiserv the shear size of the talent pool that has left the company in the last 2 years is impossible to replace. Good Luck with that leadership.
I see no reason to be #Fiservproud, in the end our FI customers, client customers, cardholders, merchants are suffering.

I am a women at Fiserv too and an apology is not enough. We are giving this guy a free pass to continue on knowing WHEN he does it again there will be no real repercussions. Where is your #FiservProud? No agenda here, just a desire for consequences.
Be #FiservProud!!! Fiserv stands among the 11% of companies that have reduced or eliminated their 401K match. Who knows, next it may be among the 2% of large companies that don't offer health insurance.
