Just like I do every year treat my lawn to prevent clover...I don't want it in my yard why would I want it for payment processing?

"Wall Street believes in Frank. He’s on Cramer all the time. Just watch earnings"

You know, you actually have to pay to be on his show. Which makes his bumbling and stumbling there a marketing expense!

“ Why do the 200 malcontents and former employees continue to believe and behave as though they speak for the 44,300 of us who appreciate our company, our leaders, our associates and the millions of good things we do everyday for our clients and communities. #fiservproud

You can’t be serious. Fiserv was a good company until first data turned fiserv into a garbage plant.

It’s 36720. Not 44000. And that 36720 prolly doesn’t include the 80 IT helpdesk employees that were let go recently. You OFD people (really just u) don’t know how to count and you are obviously clueless to what is going on around you. Frank ruined our stock. We all see it. You don’t.

It’s going great. Sorry that you OFS losers don’t get it. Next weeks earnings will show a huge spike. No wonder us OFD dominated

Frank prefers to buy good press as a “best place to work for (insert group name.)”

He steers clear of negative press for layoffs by not having mass casualty events where he’d have to file paperwork with local governments. If the local requiring is 50 people he cuts 49.

The financial press has to my knowledge never reported the labor relation problems and disruptions thereof (outages, long queues, etc) at Fiserv. The financial press reports one story about Fiserv and the employees tell another. It does look like all the "behind the scenes" shenanigans are acting as a drag on the stock. It is journalistic malpractice that the financial press does not report what employees talk about here daily.
