Frankly its a relief that an apology is all it takes. As a male in a leadership position its difficult to coddle everyone. Now I know if I get myself in trouble a simple 'Oops I'm sorry, didn't mean it' will get me off the hook!

The only way this guy gets fired is if the board demands it or it hits the companies pocket book. For all those companies that use Clover, and other Fiserv products. This is what they are supporting.

HR isn't gonna fire anyone in the boy's club like this guy. Complain all you want buy this guy is protected so he ain't going nowhere. You'll have to find someone not in FB's pocket if you want Fiserv to set an example. Besides women's month is over in a few days then we can forget about all this for another year.

I am a female manager at Fiserv and this sort of thing has gone on for too long – the subtle comments made by individuals in leadership positions, as well as the crude remarks made by some of them when they think nobody can hear. It's time to set an example. Unfortunately, it will likely just get swept under the rug instead.

I am a women at Fiserv too and an apology is not enough. We are giving this guy a free pass to continue on knowing WHEN he does it again there will be no real repercussions. Where is your #FiservProud? No agenda here, just a desire for consequences.

With the exception of the last post a whole bunch of men trying to tell women of Fiserv what they should do. All women have fathers, some brothers and sons. A guy made a mistake for which he has apologized and someone with an agenda trying to get him fired.

Help me see the issue here. Provide some context, provide some other examples, give more details about what he said and how it makes you feel.

As it is I don't care, and most people that pass by won't care. Linking to a Twitter video will lower your click through by a lot, then linking to a video will lower your engagement even more. You are doing the bare minimum amount of work here.

Saying this will be buried implies someone is going to actively suppress it. You are not doing enough to bother the effort. I'd love to see some change here, but I'm tired of the people that are being suppressed doing a half assed job of exposing it. As I see it you will give up in a week, and nothing will come of your anger. I'm looking forward to being proved wrong.
