Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

How many let go

We went from over 44000. To 36720. I saw the number in workday as headcount when looking for w-2.

Top end Sales People will start leaving now that commission has been paid and shares are beating in Feb. Fiserv continues to treat people badly... I hope Frank gets what he deserves.

Is this 36720 count something anyone can see or only some people? Could you point me where to look?

They aren't going to start looking to hire new people until after the SLA fines become noticeable.

With all of the talent leaving and going to do many competitors, Frankserv will have a tough few years because if the brain drain. He obviously doesn't care because we won't have the staff to deconvert the clients in the time frames they would like and he probably hopes he can suck them in to another renewal.

But, hey sell clover and go car 42 is it? Ba-f

More leaving soon, both by choice and forced. Backfilling them with those willing to work in an office 5 days a week is next to impossible.

All unnecessary bullsh!t that is distracting everyone from focus on making positive business impact

Almost bet that some FData shill will chime in with " got rid of that deadwood " in the company or such insult. All my group was so described in an insurance company ages ago when outsourced to India. Gee, sounds like Noida? Well, it is not Pune so take your blessings when you can.

let go, run off, beaten down sick and tired, ashamed to be associated with a failing company, etc.. Sure they are #fiservproud of the reduction.
