Fortune rankings for 2022 came out today. Fiserv did not make the list. I guess you can’t buy this award after all.
I guess that’s why they are making a big deal out of the ‘great place to work’ certification (?) in LATAM. I laughed when the email blast said they are “elevating Fiserv as a destination for top talent around the world”. They really can’t believe that after all of the stuff they have done over the past year.

Frank is too busy watching clips from the Wolf of Wall Street and sending them to Guy and Pete. Unfortunately for them it’s a cautionary tale, not a SOP playbook.

Great Place to Work is pay for play, which is why Fiserv secured it and why they are making a big deal of it. World's Most Admired is not pay for play, which is why they are trying to minimize the fact that we didn't make the list.
Frank loves paying for awards and then forcing all associates to pack their email signatures full of lies. Shameful.
Just scrolled down the list and Fiserv is not listed. It is easy to find. Not surprised really given the mess the firm has become as noted here endlessly on this board. No longer a layoff board here, a therapy session really.
Probably can buy it. Frank is too cheap to pony up for it. Better to line his pockets and staff up his NJ office.
