Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

#FiservProud

With so much negativity on this site I thought I would interject and say, I love working here at Fiserv. It may not be perfect, but I'm happy!

And no, I'm not Frank, a shill, HR, Executive, or what ever figments of your imagination. I'm just a normal employee. You people are silly!

I saw a video of Chicago office people with orange pop poms cheering for Fiserv with some slow mode drone footage at a JPMORGAN run and threw up in my mouth a little. I'm sure there are people that are happy here but it's the same people you could convince to join a cult.

Be happy after you are disposed.

"You people are silly" reeks of HR aroma.

I can almost bet the person who wrote this post is from HR. C-Suite and HR are treated differently in this company. If only they can view fiserv from our eyes would they understand how sh---y it really is.

I too am a normal employee. I make tappy-tappy sounds on my keyboard like a strong worker too. Someday I hope I will be able to join the very smart people in HR who do all the important work. That is why I do not know that they get bonuses, because I do not get bonuses and assume no one gets bonuses. I find the bonus that I am unaware of very motivating.

If you have to qualify your statements with "I'm not a shill" then my assumption is you are a shill.

Then again, you know what they say about assumptions. They make an a-s out of you and Frank.

I wonder if there are any little pockets of people/teams that are making major profits so their experience is significantly better than the 98% of the rest of Fiserv? I think Clover was one of those groups but it sounds like they lost a lot of their special benefits. Didn't they have beer in their break room?

"I'm just a normal employee" sounds exactly like what someone from HR would say. Just some random faceless blob with no title or department or role

...if you're a "normal employee" why are you hanging out on a layoff message board? Kind of telling
