It is me or a huge increase in level 7s

Anyone else notice a large increase in level 7 senior management with zero management experience. Was it not the point to have level 6 management first?

Attrition doesn't seem to be slowing down

I hoped that attrition would slow down and that the company would stabilize a bit, but it seems that employees will continue leaving in large numbers for a long time to come?

I worked at several companies before I came to GF, but this one is definitely the champion when it comes to misleading employees. That's my opinion. I think almost everyone can give an example of when they felt the most mislead here?

Why does HR receive so much flak?

I see a lot of posts criticizing HR here, but it's not clear why the posters are being critical. The posts are like "get rid of HR", but mostly without cause or reason. Without getting too specific, why?
