$7000 vested over 2 years vs 5% pay raise instantly. Seems the levels under 6 got the better deal.

When you’re focused on what’s on another’s plate, it’s can be difficult to appreciate your own meal.
Amateur hour is correct. Decision makers and leadership at Globalfoundries over the last 10 years have clearly demonstrate that they are just trying to copy and mimic what other companies do/did and not fully understanding what they are doing.
“Oh Intel did this in this situation in past so we should too!” - is their business strategy
Globalfoundries can’t get out of their own way shooting themselves in the foot almost every chance they get. Habitually fumbling the ball.
So no surprise here this is all bungled. Makes you question who controls the money and do they really know what they are doing??? If I was government I would think twice before giving them a single cent of the chips act. Globalfoundries will just end up wasting tax payers dollars through some poorly thought out, understood and executed plan ….. but hey Globalfoundries has so much potential! (Sarcastic) been hearing this pitch for last 10 years. It’s time for Globalfoundries to sh-t or get off the pot.
Level 5 same bonus percentage as Level 6, but better rate since they’re under QPB.
