Just got “word” of another round of compensation adjustments due sometime in Q4. Let’s hope it’s better than the last round

pretty sure TC said they were done with pay adjustments outside of the normal cycle
So does that mean the strike/walk out is happening?

Confirmed. This adjustment was denied.
More and more leaving! Sadly too it’s the great engineers. The ones that go above and beyond.
And what about the walk out/strikes?? Any news?
Did this happen?
Do the managers of the people leaving get dinged for their team members leaving? Does it reflect poorly on them and will it come up in their yearly review?
Lot of great engineers leaving for greener pastures
I know of two people personally leaving this week.
Attrition is so bad, even the low performers are leaving for higher paying positions.

Yeah NCGs again, not like they need it.
And a round of those missed on the last cycle because we started hiring people in higher than people who had been here for years.
So now the employee who has been here gets bumped to match the new hire.
L6+ will get nada again even though inflation hit them too.
I am so glad my kid has got this school year left then we can leave this sh*thole.
