Heard employees age 50 year and above are going to be key layoff targets and will be primary target throughout this year and next as they are equivalent to two new of less experienced employees. Idea is to create their back up and replace them with young and low cost employees. What the heck going on ?
Only the good, honest, hardworking competent folks will be impacted. The suck ups, lier incompetent lazy crowd will be just fine

Plant managed absolutely fine by itself with director and above leadership gone for days.
If you have access to inside the fab and familiar with putting on a bunny suit, you're 100% safe.
Reminder, the entire Director and above leadership took a 3-Day weekend to NYC and GF was not impacted. Imagine if all the bunny suit partners took 12 hours off. GF would be screwed more than I was in my divorce.
