Good luck tomorrow
I don’t know how much of this I can take. This has been a terrible weekend wondering if I’ll be riffed. Doesn’t FB have any idea what this is doing to morale? Our team is down three due to earlier layoffs and we all are overworked. But also quite... — read more

Was coming here as an analyst a huge mistake?
Recently hired analyst at BH here just watching everything fall apart before I even got my footing. I was hired on a 3/2 hybrid schedule that obviously isn't being honored in any way, I've watched higher ups in my business group leave or get fired... — read more
Happy to be closer to retirement than just starting out here..........
I have been an OFS employee; before ITI, before Checkfree and of course, before FB and FD ruined this company. Of all the 'acquisitions', I don't understand HOW TF Fiserv and JY let this happen. Did JY know that FB would do what he is doing and just... — read more
The manager's role in the decision of who gets cut
Some say that the managers have no role in making the decision of who gets cut and who doesn't, while others say that they have a significant role. Any thoughts?

Frank is directly attacking all original fiserv employees
Closed our original building, firing FISERV staff, while keeping the fiserv platforms…. Except for credit. Meaning they are laying off people who can do the job efficiently, leaving fiserv with a skeleton crew to meet his promises of a higher EPS... — read more

Unionizing
Is there a reason we can’t start a union?
It's easy to say that to someone else
It is easy to tell others that they are actually lucky for getting RIFed because everyone deserves better. I don't feel lucky. Moreover, I am still very angry, because I feel cheated. I made extra efforts, I always tried to contribute as much as I... — read more
If you're on the fence about leaving, don't second guess it
I left recently Fiserv after over 20 years, on my terms. I DO NOT regret it. There are some things Fiserv does right, but the things Fiserv does not do right (namely Frank's culture) made it worth leaving. The mass exodus of previous colleagues, on... — read more
