Fiserv just tells you how good the company is doing and how awesome the new roadmap is and how many more billions of dollars they're gonna be making, but yet you get laid off. Respect the transparency from Stripe.

Handled by the ones who should deliver that message. Frank hid in NYC and front line management took the heat for him. Typical coward. Then pretends he isn’t the biggest problem with his trophy buildings. He certainly suffered no consequences he is just driving fiserv into the ground just like first data while collecting millions

@exs+1jwOSE6t I agree. Tough message but they communicated and outlined a plan. I think that's the majority of frustration with Fiservs employees and clients. Zero communication and what looks like zero planning.

CEO's are paid to see around corners & develop long-term strategies. If their strategy fails & they need to layoff - then they should be the 1st out the door!
