I am one of those. I really love my job here and that's why I care about getting this company back on track. I understand those who started to despise this place because of bad decisions and bad management, but it is not true that no one likes their job at Fiserv anymore. Otherwise, I would never read this forum because I wouldn't care about the company and I would have left it a long time ago.

I liked my job, Fiserv just made it impossible to do. It's like they want things to fail.
I felt the same way for a long time. Like I could make a difference and get things on track. Just when you get things great, they will shove some POS other tool your way like Salt and tell you to stop using your 10x better tool. Or once you get your team in great shape they will deny raises, promos and bonuses. Then re-org your team so you start over. This will happen over and over. Slowly dragging you down year after year. Until you realize you should have left long ago.
I this those who were RIFd probably liked their jobs too. You are naive.
I also still love what I do and the main reason I’m still at Fiserv is because of the people I work with, my direct supervisor, and the VP he reports to. I can’t stand what this hostile takeover has done to our company and our culture. This company doesn’t give a damn about people anymore. I am no longer a Fiserv Proud. :(
Your intent is sweet. You have no control over getting it back on track. It had to come from the top.
I know several who enjoyed their job who were riffed.
