No good talent wants to live in the Armpit of America to replace them in the BH office. What we’ll be left with is people about to retire and people not good enough to get a job elsewhere.

“ Sorry - Fiserv has done a wonderful job of retaining talented leaders...so again good try but not true.”
What crack or me-h have you gotten yourself into?
Go on, name one talented leader in Fiserv. I dare you.
You know we can see their empty workspaces with our eyes right?
We are working on the work that they used to do.
Who is your intended audience? It definitely isn't current Fiserv employees.
Sorry - Fiserv has done a wonderful job of retaining talented leaders...so again good try but not true.
A ton of our clients have REMOTE WORKERS. Why? Because it's not 19-effin-55! We are a technology company that doesn't embrace technology.
If it weren't so absurd, it would be laughable. Company is literally being run by Neanderthals.
And there are those of us left who believe there are upcoming layoffs from which we will get severance and don’t have to worry then about a noncompete.
To FB and Sr FISV leaders: This contention that “clients want us back in the office” is a fabrication. Please stop the deceit - it’s insulting intelligence.
Plus, consider this. Clients are certainly voicing concerns about support degradation, continued delays in service and product implementation, outage after outage, inability to escalate issues and concerns with meaningful results and timely response, and on and on……. Wanting people back in the office, IF SUCH A CONCERN IS BEING EXPRESSED, is far down the list. So, what are you doing to address the other legit priorities clients are commenting on??????
Stop the big lie!!!!!!
My SVP "W" told us during RTO that our clients wanted us in offices without naming a single client. What a load of cr-p. Our clients don't give a sh-t where we are physically located, as long as they get the support they need.
what the op is referencing is the "network effect" - talented people leaving leads to more talented people leaving. That manager that is great & does a good job leaves and is replaced by a cr---y boss. Your best co-workers leave and you are left with all their work. That filters through to job seekers... eventually, who are you left with?
It is extremely insulting to say that the people who choose to stay aren't good enough to find jobs elsewhere. People choose to stay for a lot of reasons. They enjoy what they do, their co workers, immediate management teams and most of all their clients. Why would you want to leave if you actually enjoy your job but not necessarily the senior management? Why would you want to leave 5 weeks or unlimited vacation to maybe get 3 weeks at another company? I personally get job offers a lot - but I choose to stay because I do enjoy everything about my job except senior management.
Unfortunately I think the choices FB is making will take years to fully impact the financials of the company. So many clients are locked into long term deals and support for clients might not have gotten really bad yet. They will though.
P.S. To the people that say our clients want us in the office, that is the biggest lie I have ever heard. By the way I am a former associate and now client of Fiserv. As someone else stated masterfully the only clients that want us in the office are the big banks that own a ton of corporate real estate.
