It pretty clear that Fiserv is very close to rock bottom. There is no hope that anything could get better. Everything that's happening here is very demoralizing.
I can't think of a single thing that motivates people to stay here except that they still haven't found a better offer. Is there any other reason for anyone to stay here? I doubt it.
Rock bottom implies only way is up. Don't think so until Frank is around

Rock bottom is a sweet dream. Frank can always think of ways to make things worse.
I have been here 10 months and I am so overwhelmed. The innovation center is a corporate prison. All I see on linkedin are fake pictures from HR on how great this company is and why you should work here. I’ve had bad jobs before but this is the WORST!! I’m hopping I find a new job by spring. Morale is definitely low!
Some folks are very close to retirement,
but other than that there is no reason to
