I haven’t seen Payments dive story on Fiserv crushing FIS and Global Payments, how come? Seems like that is real news, not how many people badged in yesterday. How about the one about Fiserv’s market cap being the same as both fis and global together. Report on the real industry news. Oh yea, that FIS merchant business Payments Dive reported on —- how is it doing now compared to Fiserv? WHERE IS THAT STORY?/
Executives don't need to follow that stuff... lack of ethics is a virtue to them. And haven't you heard the old adage... the greater compensation comes less accountability (e.g. a CEO makes horrible business decisions and in response lays off workers but still keeps their job & gets bonuses)
