Where is the accountability? What happened to an honest day of work?

Why has this place become so toxic?
I started to despise my job which I used to enjoy doing and I hope to get a new opportunity somewhere else as soon as possible.

Pointless company lost trust
Layoffs destroyed everyone’s trust and will take years to recover from. I think things will never change. The culture will likely never change. The mindset of leadership will likely never change. I think it’s better to update your resume and be... — read more

How big of a raise would stop you from leaving?
Maybe a raise would stop some from leaving, but I don't think most would. It's not just a matter of money anymore. Working here is miserable.
Higher raises for 2023 or watch the employees go.
Heard it from many in the last 4-6 months if wages do not come up after inflation pounding. And the 3% cut in 2020 which never recovered from at all. Will be heading off to other places of employment. Sad to lose more good experienced people.
