After stip starts already putting people they want to keep and kiss as--s into empty department seats with no education, no experiences nothing and will get rid of remaining people, plus no promotions nor stip or increases in 2025 for 2024 year.

Houston be damned. They need to get rid of half of central functions no matter where they sit, half of core projects, and every lost person in major projects.
emptying the toxic Houston office will be a great start include the long term employees which have played the game well over the years. Manipulate to protect themselves.
I am getting the impression that they are trying to get rid of people particularly because internal hiring seems to be passively discouraged in corporate accounting group.

I’ve heard gas distribution in Ontario could be early next year. We are already in a hiring freeze. Hopes are it will be largely a reorg and some packages offered to long tenured employees but nothing to confirm that. I’m concerned too.
It’s coming but I don’t think that early. I’d bet early next year first quarter probably…but who can say for sure?
