Thread regarding Enbridge Inc. layoffs

Do something

  1. Layoffs are coming in all departments
  2. TIS has become factory for 24*7 working hrs
  3. OCIO/PMO is non existent
  4. In few departments Employees work at least 70 hrs/wk; Employees constantly getting yelled and shamed at
  5. If you don’t work 70 hrs, you are not on “fav” list and guaranteed no promotions; HR does nothing; retaliation is guaranteed if u escalate
  6. I get DEI, BUT Guaranteed promotion for blondes even if u have zero skills

TIS has been a tough place for a while now but honestly every IT shop is going thru major challenges. Looking around every industry seems to be going thru restructuring - tough market out there right now

Most people skip out early on Friday. I'm the few who stays by force because poor excuse of my so-called supply chain manager pushing most of the work load on me instead of spreading it around to her incompetent friends.

I work 10-15 hours extra from the fact my coworkers are lazy sacks of po-p! Welcome to Houston crazy town!

70 hour weeks? Where’s this happening, lol. I find it hard to believe we even average 40 some weeks between the AWA schedule, SDOs, holidays every month, and vacation time.

Try to find someone in some departments on a Friday, like a ghost town.

Nobody anywhere in this company is working 70 hour work weeks and if you are my suggestion for you is to STOP working that much.
