From what I have seen it looks like employee referral is the most common way to get in, I'm sure its possible to get in by just applying but probably less likely

I'm hearing about new COP employees who were promised incentives that were reneged after they were hired. Not a good look for a company that wants to hire the best of the best. Did this recently happen to you or someone you know of?
