Carbon capture and emissions

What is COP doing in the area of carbon capture? Is the company actively reducing emissions?

Now sell that tree planting 10x over, make a derivative of it and sell that also, sell rights to keeping that tree growing each year for the next 50 years, plus the cost to have someone come look at the tree and certify it each year. .. . .that is the jist of the carbon credit industry

Plant a tree. That’s about the most cost effective and least energy intensive carbon capture solution.

carbon capture and related nonsense increases likelihood and severity of layoffs. if you want carbon capture opportunities please form your own company and try it and let us know how it goes. too busy making money and providing actual energy to the world.

Ok. Since it is a lay-off site I am predicting significant oil industry layoffs in Houston before year end. Oil prices will tank soon.

This is a layoff site to discuss layoffs.
Not an emissions site to discuss emissions.
Speaking of which, when’s the next round scheduled? I’m getting anxious.

obviously you are not a COP employee or vaguely familiar with our operations nor have you done any independent research.
