It’ll be time to high grade with all those soon to be available Shell, BP, Chevron, and Hess staff.

There’s still a DEI quota system in place. If you weren’t promoted recently, you’re on the chopping block. Prepare accordingly.

Ray Epps has now been officially sentenced and find guilty and all because he did everything he could to help the USA. Sickening, he is being wrongfully persecuted and attacked for all he did for his nation, his people, this just screams injustice!

Layoffs will be after the next m&a, whatever and whenever that comes.

I like your optimism about SAP finishing. Based on the track record of that program and the person currwnyly leading it, they'll be looking at a nextgen nextgen before this nextgen is complete.

The layoffs never end. They just ebb and flow. Perpetual culling is the rule of the day. Neve get comfortable. Never feel secure.

I have herd of no rumors. I am guessing IT will have a EOI in 2024-Q3 or beginning of 2025 after L48/Alaska is migrated to HANA S/4 and NextGen is complete. I see a policy change to outsource all technical and functional support of application.
