I'm really satisfied. And expect to be severely downvoted because this is not the place to share good feelings.
A window would be nice. I could look out in every office I ever had until Westlake. Perimeter walkways. What a stupid concept.
Depends on the day. Great benefits and "work-life balance" is satisfying. At times gets frustrating that we manage up (a$$ kissing culture). The worker bees don't seem to get as much credit as I would hope. My org has preached you can be successful as an individual contributor, but then doesn't walk the walk when push comes to shove.
The lack of clear direct and full calendar of meetings is rather unsatisfying for me
