I do not know when my application status changed. If anyone has gone through this process and can help that would be great

Any news? Heard they just hired Ryan’s niece.
Curious who you heard it’s a good company from. Was it somebody that works here?
It’s a bad company because it’s run by bureaucrats with little to no practical experience finding oil. They promote sycophants and their friends. We can’t find oil on purpose, only accidentally or by purchasing other companies. We inflate the value of our assets and ignore or get rid of any scientists that point out such folly. We lay off and rescind offers at the drop of a hat (or price of oil) and ignore employee concerns about safety, health, and satisfaction.
Other than that…yeah, it’s a great company.
United Way is not the best steward for your money. Make a one time token donation to check the participation box and be charitable using your own judgment
Its a good company, just a bunch of salty people on this site due to the guise of being 'anonymous'.
We have problems, as there will be at EVERY company, but we are well paid, great benefits, and good work/life balance (read: you don't have to work much overtime)
I've heard good things about COP which is why I applied. What makes them a bad company?
Yeah they probably handed offers to interns first then externally
First round offers have been made. You are not a first choice. If enough offers are declined, you may have a chance. Unlikely though. Keep interviewing. There are better companies.
Congratulations! You were laid off before even starting. A rare achievement. Give yourself a high five.
