Does anyone have credible insight into what the LR payout calculation will be? Could be important factor for determing to take ER or wait. As Tom Petty said... The Waiting is the Hardest Part
You are pre-approved for the 2020 ER!

When are those letters supposed to go out? Has anyone received one yet?

Not clear what the end of that entails - leaving the company, back to full schedule, etc. - after the 6, 9 or 12 month period.

Adjust the age and create a real ER package
A real ER package wouldn't be targeting age 50+. It would start at age 55+, maybe even 58+. Call this what it is, enhanced LR. Or hey ... let's call it Secure LRX. Amiright?
2020 ER package is reduced, meaning 2020 LR package will (probably) be reduced.
Some people are saying that since the ER package, as compared to 2011 has significantly less benefits, it is better to wait for the LR. How sure can you be that LR package won't be scaled down too (by as much as 50%)? LR package is not a right. — read more
