Offered the Interim reduced workweek with a 20% pay cut. Are managers and above, including the CEO and his team also taking the 20% cut? Lead by example.

Red Badge Layoff

Has anyone heard how(when) this will hit red badges. No one seems to be interested in sharing that info internally.. Just trying to make sense of all of this, this is my first experience with Cisco layoffs.

Does ER package include PTO?

I don’t see it in the letters or FAQ. Freaking out because I already accepted assuming PTO was part of it.

I bet chuck is kicking himself for not using the 10s of billions of repatriated cash to attract higher quality talent and develop more relevant products instead of stock buybacks.

Adjust the age and create a real ER package

A real ER package wouldn't be targeting age 50+. It would start at age 55+, maybe even 58+. Call this what it is, enhanced LR. Or hey ... let's call it Secure LRX. Amiright?
