Personally speaking, this could be a trap from the beginning. Just like years ago, CAT bought a company in China. Later CAT found that company had debts for more than 1 billion USDs. Cisco should have this Virginia company and the acquired company both investigate if they have any relationship with China.

Pretty sure the trial was in VA, not RTP
Its pattern troll case. If the trial was held in San Jose instead of RTP, result would have beeb different.
If I remember t correctly, H hired a guy who was the board of Stealthwatch. Not sure if he is behind of all this.
