it roughly equates to 1 months basic pay for every whole year of service
Hard to say what the offer will be this year. It changes. The offer a couple of years ago was made up of
pay in leiu of notice
ex gratia payment
outstanding holiday refund
in sales 100% pro rata commission to termination date paid (so on 100K Comp, leave end of Nov, 4 months, so balance to 33K paid out.
extend health by 1 month
