Topics regarding layoffs at Xerox Corp.

When is the next layoff?

I am hearing that Xerox is about to hold another round of layoffs. It stands to reason that they would have to cut people so that the 3% raise they will give to the few employees who "deserve" them can be cost neutral. Anyone else hearing anything? — read more

Investor Day BIG announcement ! or ?

Okay, XRX Investor Day is Wednesday, what bad or good news will we get? We have stopped laying off as so many people are heading for the door voluntarily - so don't expect to hear about a charge for restructuring (ie getting rid of employees). What... — read more

Is Xerox a Tech Powerhouse now?

It’s been a few years of Johnny running things and promising the tech powerhouse is coming. What came were a slew of of shoring and layoff mandates, as well as shrinking of revenue and departure of talent…..soooo are there yet??

At What Point Can I Take Legal Action Against HR

After being laid off in 2021, I've had nothing but problems every step of the way in getting benefits owed to me. This includes getting severance and COBRA insurance coverage. Apparently, if you were let go before January 1st, 2022 you no longer... — read more

People are still too afraid

Starting with myself. I know it has never been easier to find a job than it is now, but I am constantly anxious about losing my job here. For that reason, I take on all the work they transfer to me and I am completely exhausted. On second thought... — read more

No reasons to stay

Xerox no longer gives any good reason why anyone would want to stay here. Or am I wrong? I was surprised at how quickly I got the offer. Now I only regret that I didn't start looking for something else earlier.

Is the CEO ill - does not look the same

Very uninspiring session on the Town Hall. Is the CEO sick he looked ill to me? He really was not looking well. Why are so many Senior Managers bailing out - all of them gone by end of January? What do they know?

They are trying to prove themselves in the wrong way

Of course, no one will probably ever tell him that, but his role is beyond his capacity. I am talking about my manager. He is probably aware of that himself, and so he tries to compensate for the lack of competencies in another way - by continuous... — read more

That is one of the easiest ways for the leadership to save money. They laid off too many people as it is so that avenue of easy cost savings is gone, for now at least. The next best thing? Cut whatever you can from the remaining employees. They'll... — read more
