So much of the talent and good people are long gone. People are not going to put up with this garbage. You don’t treat people like that. Ever.

Amen..Really miss the West Coast talent pool ..Those guys helped to keep
customers up and running.
One of Xerox’s biggest blunders was to disband their West Coast engineering
teams ..The area was ripe with top college and aerospace talent which
Xerox manufacturing, distribution and service benefited greatly. The shift to the East Coast and off shore partners has only contributed to Xerox’s slow but steady demise.

The Eng. Team is really good. The problem is that they are understaffed for what they are tasked to do and not funded adequately for what they'd like to do (more).
