You people Never Learn. Ever. You don’t even try. You deserve Everything that comes your way. Karma is payback time.

Always someone else’s fault at xerox. It wasn’t the igen’s fault… it was the uv coater attached to the igen! And who’s decision was that? Another Metaphor! The lack of accountability at x continues: pervasive, cultural and… what’s the word???? Toxic.

To the id--t who keeps referencing the “iGen fire” video, that is not the iGen on fire, it is the UV coater that was attached to the iGen. That coater was made by Epic.
How do I know you ask? I was there.

Mr intelligence is back as well. If you can’t justify things you call people names. You don’t even remember what I told you last time. Do your homework. It’s not that hard.

How is it that you don’t get banned from this site? Truly you are a piece of work beyond description.

What I do in my free time is of no significance to you. Just making that crystal clear.

Have a really swell day.

Despite the derisive remarks directed to posters…Xerox is not a fun place to work..

Oh I see the fat tech from the Midwest who loves to post daily is back. Hmm...6 months ago you left and you post every day. What is your obsession on here? If your new job at Blockbuster video is so great why do you still act like a bitter ex girlfriend. Move on to your "exciting" new career already. Let me end with your favorite line..."you're a piece of work." haha

How d-mb do you have to be to come to this cr-p website and actually think you are going to rally the troops into quitting and “hurt” XRX. Whiney id--ts.

95% of the people you know are complete id--ts Scared of their shadow, no doubt.
So Many People have left this dump..but somehow you feel the need to justify xerox's actions like we are not smart enough or we simply cant comprehend the task there.

You are amazing ...You completely missed the boat on this one. Once we are all gone they will turn the tables on you and simply make you non essential personal. You stay there as long as you want with your stock options and wonderful career, but at the end of the day you bleed red just like everyone else.

You think everyone is Bitter? No, of course not. People just want nothing to do with this Toxic environment and refuse to stay on a sinking ship that's on fire.
Some are Bitter, and usually for good reason. But not all. Some just want to get away from this day to day garbage here. Its not worth it .

The less i have to do with this company the better, and Yes I left 6 months ago and couldn't be happier, setting people like you straight on xerox and enjoying whatever i want to do. Pretty cool....

I owe xerox nothing as they tried to suck the life out of me and my fellow employees...and are still doing that to others today as well. 8 out of 10 of us left because it was the right thing to do. The other 2 are still on the fence awaiting new jobs. i personally couldn't be happier for them. At least they are trying and did what they said they were going to do.

A Toxic Environment?
Yah... you could say that ....Understatement of the century. Somebody had to say it .

"But the people that are still ok understand that and that this is a short term arrangement and it works for them."

Exactly. Everybody that is left should understand their place in the company, and they should be comfortable with it. Xerox will not hesitate to drop you if and when they need to.

If you are afraid of what tomorrow brings then chances are your skills are not up to date or are not desirable in today's economy. If you have real world skills, then you can be happy at Xerox as you likely can get as good a job or better next week if you have to.

If you don't like your job or you believe Xerox is toxic, why the heck are you still here? 95% of the people I know at Xerox are generally happy, they have skills, and they could get a job in a matter of weeks if they had to. The other 5% are bitter, have no skills, and believe they are stuck at Xerox for life.

Last poster, true. But the people that are still ok understand that and that this is a short term arrangement and it works for them. These are not people who believe in the JV strategy, although a few probably do.

Very hard to believe the recent posts.
Having worked across many different disciplines inside Xerox it is hard to find anyone who is happy about the company and their job ..Layoffs and outsourcing have decimated the efficiency of this company and placed undue stress on the remaining workforce.

2nd floor & Master bedroom is great! Occasional smell of smoke from somewhere downstairs…maybe the kitchen? Who knows. We order out. Not our problem. Flooding in the basement will probably rise and take of it…

Not toxic for my org. The work, people and management are great. That doesn't mean the company is though. Minimal or non existent raises, health care that gets worse each year, lack of 401k match. For some of us it makes sense to stay until retirement, younger people will have different considerations to think of.

Agree with last poster. Certainly not a long term play, but for now, it works for me! Phenomenal team and great work. My staff is the best of the best. Most of the negative comments are not wrong, but your career is your responsibility. XRX and JV owe you absolutely nothing. If you cant find another job, don't want to start over, afraid to take a chance, that says way more about you than XRX.

Seriously, non toxic at all for me. The other "non-toxic" comments getting downvoted make me laugh. Just because you are miserable doesn't mean everyone is. I have a phenomenal team, great group of colleagues, great boss, and had two raises and a promotion in '21.

Downvote away, haters.

It's been toxic going back at least through the Burns years, but since the barbarians were let in the gates in 2018, it's been AF

When I left it was bad. Ran into some old coworkers about 2 weeks ago. They said it was terrible and a toxic, horrible place. And was worse than when I left.

Yep, so funny that xerox will never learn. You reap what you sow. If they only made better decisions and coupled some brain cells together a decade ago the present state could have been way better. Igen at 2008 Drupa is the perfect dumpster fire metaphor.

Probably no different than any third rate company that has no new products, is losing market share, has declining revenue, incompetent management and treats it employees as fiscal liabilities to be discarded on a whim ..

Maybe around a 7 on the sliding Fetzer scale, considering the 3 n 1 oil. It's all ball bearings these days.
