Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

CEO sells stock in January

“Mr. Visentin XRX stock SEC Form 4 insiders trading: recently he exercised 179,374 units of XRX stock worth $3,852,954 on 14 January 2022.” What does Johnny Boy know that we don’t? He made $18.2M in 2020 the last full year reported. Why does he make so much for being such a terrible leader and manager? All he has is bad ideas and moves? Why do I feel like I am going to lose my job so he can make more?

Correction... :-)

If he makes 18.2 million a year then divide it by 2080 hours in a year (assuming and 8 hour day) which comes out to 8,750 dollars an hour...

Johnny just sent out a email regarding the war and if financial assistance is needed you can get up to $2,500 in relief assistance. He makes that in a day what a joke.

OK, so nobody here knows how executive comp works. So typical of this site. Someone tell me how much money stock grants cost the company.

Buzz is this is JV's last hurrah - he will be announcing soon that he is gone - so cash'em while you got'em - the rich get richer - the rest of us more work, and less benefits.

Means nothing. He probably has $70m more. Most of his comp in in stock so he needs to sell some occasionally to pay the bills. Normal.

A whole sh$t ton of folks got millions of dollars in awards so far this year and then exercised them it seems. Yet only some of use will be lucky to get a 2% "raise" this year.
