DXC Employee Benefits different from current HPE Employee Benefits?

Anyone know how the DXC Employee Benefits will be different from current HPE Employee Benefits? Will my years of service at HP/HPE carry over the new DXC company? Vacation, PTO, STD different? Will 2017 vacation days move with us to DXC?

Interviewing is very different these days.

All recruiters (outside headhunters) are from India. All the calls are from Indian names. 99% of upper hiring managers are from India. The diversity is not there anymore in the valley. Don't mind this but when finding the right fit is really hard.

I've lost my passion... What to do?

The email went out to HPE staff about an hour ago. The email is very long and full of buzz words to get us geeked up (insert eye roll). What the announcement lacks is what the heck does DXC stand for? Did they just pick any three letters?? Why is the... — read more

How are WFRs decided?

Curious how HPE decides who gets WFR'd. Does a manager get told they have to let specific employees go? A certain $$ amount of salaries and they pick the employee(s)? A certain # of heads? I would logically guess that the manager decides which... — read more
