Can anyone confirm that there are no more new WFR's being handed out until after the move to DXC in April? And if so, what are the chances of any package DXC would offer ?

Just got WFR'd today from DXC. Manager for 2 years and was just told a week ago we were all good.
WFRs will continue; Nefkens confirmed that on last week's call.
To be (slightly) fair, organisations of this size will always be 'adjusting' the inventory (sorry, 'workforce') to reflect needed skills and demand. Problem recently has been the sheer numbers who have been WFR'ed.
Of course no one in senior management will ever confirm that WFRs are done, even temporarily, and why would we believe them even if they did.
WFRs will continue until morale improves. Enough said.
"Run for cover.. HPE will ALWAYS be WFR leaders in the industry."
At the current rate of decline in revenue they won't ALWAYS be the leaders. Won't be long until they close the doors and senior management will pat themselves on the backs and run for public office where they can do some "Real" good for the poor unwashed population.

@M8YW3bL-2lly so continuation of WFR is on June/July? wondering when the hold will end
No more WFRs? We've heard that about 1,467 times already...
Layoffs will occur here in April, in SET UDU, before the quarter ends. We were given a heads up.
There will be another 1k redundancies from the current HPE pool in June/July so get going whilst the going is good
People in the UK will find out if they are getting chucked out on Monday and Tuesday. Fingers crossed I am one of them, should have volunteered.
No-one can tell you what the payoffs will look like after April. Some people's will be contractual others not. There is no one answer.
