This company DXC is dead out the gate. It's going to be very difficult to retain the current business. Way too many VP's and Directors who do meaningless crap with history on the current customer base. They won't grow the business they will continue to reduce cost to get there bonuses. They did not drain the swamp they populated it more. CSC people made out great. Not too many familiar HPE names in the new company except in USPS which will eventually move to another mess called CSRA. Navy folks better be looking because that contract is going away bye bye. Indians remain stacked in finance so the financial reporting will be skeptical at best. It should be a volatile first quarter. Most HPEr's are relatively new hires from 2015 forward. Not too many female leaders and that don't bode well since females stack the middle management ranks. No history no depth no real practical experience. They are all political pawns and you know what that will do drive this company into the drain. The bureaucracy is five fold now. What a freeking mess. Not to many gray hair folks either it must be frowned upon or they color the hair or they must use a photo from 20 years ago like most people do in Linked In hahahaha. I sure am glad i am on the outside looking in rather than on the inside. It's nice to be independent and can come and go as I please. Good Luck people time to enjoy the remainder of my life. Ta ta for now.
I think you are both right :) My understanding is that the 'spin' bit of the spin-merge is done, so we are legally no longer part of HPE and we currently belong to 'Everett', the so-called SpinCo. However, we are still operating under HPE's umbrella until DXC Technology springs into life when the merge occurs on April 3rd.
Not so fast there, @M7fEVzv-mif.
Technically, DXC doesn't exist yet. We're still part of the big green rectangle for another month.
Without wanting to be rude... DXC Technologies now have it's own section within thelayoff site. Wish you the best guys, but you are not technically HPE anymore...
