Incompetent Granny Meg Running out of Excuses to cover her incompetence

I have been saying all along that Granny Meg is an incompetent leader. She has zero leadership skills and zero vision of the future and she gets paid millions to to do that. She was lucky to be at Ebay at the right time and made the billion the day company went public back in the 90s. She screwed around at Ebay after that and tried a few stints since then including a failed public office run (I say public office my a**).

During her five years she has taken a perfectly fine company and screwed it up, no doubt about that. Only thing she knows is to keep laying off people and show earnings - the real measure is the revenues which are tanking. If she was so smart, she should have changed the company direction towards the Cloud business the first day she got into the office but again she is no visionary.

Game over Granny, you screwed everyone, please go home. Again and again she reminds me of the story about the monkey who one day found a sharp blade and did not know what to do with it.

You lost all credibility with a) your six-year-old name calling and b) stating that HP was a "fine" company.

HP hasn't created a new product people want since John Young. Meg didn't cause this five years ago... the world changed and HP was too big and employees/management too clueless to change. You are blaming Meg for customers not printing and moving to SaaS?

What new product have you created that would have made any difference? That's what I thought.

It was a good run. Feel good about it but move on before you start posting anonymous rants about grandmothers on a site about layoffs. Oops...

Her honeymoon with Wall Street has finally come to an end... She won't be there for long. If she gets a hefty "separation" package both she and the Board should be sued - regardless if the terms were pre-negotiated.
