Fiserv preaches that they want collaborative work environments and people working together efficiently. That will never be the case when you have H1B visa holders that don't want to train anyone, don't want to knowledge share and hoard work so they can scream how busy they are but won't let any one help them. Leadership should be terminated for allowing this. I know personally directors that know they don't do a check to see if a US citizen can do the job before a visa holder. I think anyone reading this we should all go and report this to the government. This is why this company will fail. It won't stop here, what Fiserv will find themselves with is cr-ppy software and only visa holders there to fix it and they still won't make profit. It's what they deserve. And for you H1B visa holders that do work this way and I know a lot of them, I hope the layoff reaches you so you can go back where you come from and practice your non collaboration in your own country and see how far you get. Allowing these H1B visa holders to speak their language on premise should not be allowed. We live in America why do they get to communicate with each other in their language because they don't want Americans to hear what they have to say especially if it's about knowledge share which they only do with one another. In todays layoffs I would have expected a lot of non citizens to get laid off but nah majority Americans - this company will fail. A lot of Americans had been there for 15 + years, but that doesn't matter to Fiserv. Very Un-American!

I am surprised any veterans still work at ExxonMobil when the executives hate the USA so much.

Sort of boring and lackluster. Hard to feel inspired about anything. I guess there is the Americas kick off to look forward to.

There will be a huge TCS NA layoff next month. The $100K fee per H1-B visa to replace American workers is having a direct impact on hiring onshore for major projects. Therefore TCS will be moving huge numbers of job roles to lower cost countries like Mexico and permanently laying off thousands on USA employees to save cost.
Everyone on the bench will be automatically be gone, along with large numbers of support and administrative staff.
This is the only way for TCS to survive in this competitive market.

When I was at Motorola from 1999 to 2003, I worked in the North American call center. The entire operation, with the exception of calls that had to be escalated, was outsourced to Costa Rica and Argentina.
