Layoffs coming?

I’m confused about the extra billion in cost savings. Is that there estimate after vsp and all other cost cutting measures? Or are they planning on laying off employees/targeting low performers?

There is no longer any trust here

I am not sure whether the leadership has less faith in the employees or the employees have less faith in the leadership. As for me, I don't trust them at all, but I'm curious if, and when, you lost trust in this leadership?
