A recent Bankrate survey of 2,417 US adults found that Gen Z was more likely to report quitting a job and getting a new job in the last year than any other generation. It also found that 55% of Gen Z workers report they are “very likely” to look for a new job in the next 12 months, versus 43% of millennials, 28% of Gen Xers, and 13% of baby boomers.
Replacing a single employee can cost one and a half to two times that employee’s annual salary, according to Gallup.

Since I know that management reads these posts, I'm hoping they take notice of this one. If that's you, please read the article linked above! Making people miserable, not investing in them, disregarding their contributions, etc will cost you! If you think "a small vocal minority" makes up the people who dislike working in the office, you seriously need to think again. Over and over, I'm hearing from people who find it very difficult to be productive in the office. Most will tell their peers that they fully intend to do less and give less if forced to work in the office more. Think about it and know what you are asking of them and what the repercussions are.
