They can't be good for business.

You're right, though, if I had the lifter issue in 2021 I still wouldn't want to buy a GM truck today.
Lifter Class Action Lawsuit is from 2021.
Last October, GM was punished with a $100 million verdict.
They tried to overturn it but it was rejected at the beginning of the month.

My concern is attitude means more than quality at GM.
The bully is the the one who persistently insults people. I'm glad that the bully is moving on.
"Who's the bully, the person being confrontational while ignoring the fact that there is a link in the comment or the person trying to have a legitimate conversation?"
See, this is more of that lack of critical thinking. The comment link appeared AFTER the initial comment about elaborating. You can call people being a bully for calling you out but there's a serious and obvious lack of reasoning and intelligence on display here. Call me a bully for pointing that out. I'm okay with it. Put just a tiny effort into it. Seriously. LAME. Moving on.
Who's the bully, the person being confrontational while ignoring the fact that there is a link in the comment or the person trying to have a legitimate conversation? Maybe if more people at GM talked about quality rather than pushing people around and talking telling everybody how great they customers would trust the company and it wouldn't have to resort to layoffs to bump up stock.
Someone made a decision to post something alarming to spread fear but didn’t have any concrete data to back it up.
Who’s the bully? The person spreading fear or the person asking for the data?
Bullies do what they do because they think they can get away with it.
Authority figures will either back them, or just do nothing at all.
"Another OP with no substance, no specifics. What class action lawsuit? What is your concern? Elaborate!"
When I read replies like this, they always have mean and confrontational voice in my head. They didn't even Google it. Many people at GM who just use confrontation to dominate their coworkers.
I'm not OP, but here's one: https://www.freep.com/story/money/cars/general-motors/2023/03/20/judge-grants-class-action-status-in-gm-faulty-transmission-lawsuit/70030700007/
