Given the timelines for VSP vs risking involuntary separation, I'm not sure which works better for someone who doesn't meet the rule of 70... Would be interested in hearing what others think.

Any word on which GPs were Reimagined? Curious if there is any pattern, such as newer vs. tenured, St. Louis vs. remote.

I am certain GPs and Directors will get a nice fat severance. The rest will get a paltry 2 weeks/year. The folks who will feel the financial pinch more will get less in severance. Not sure how this is human centered.

Increasing from #31... based on 2024 surveys... after they announced RTO... I call bullsh-t or it was waaaay overindexed to field responses. That doesn't align at all with CES results.
