Clarification. 3000 non-GPs will be eligible to apply for a VSP. They expect to receive hundreds of applications, not thousands.
Keep in mind, the VSP and rule of 70 is structured to entice/pressure long tenured associates, especially those on the cusp of retirement.
Yes, 3000 came directly from PP and message delivered to leaders.
Is the number 3000 coming from a credible source? It’s so hard to figure out what is probably fact from what is understandable fear.
Cutting thousands of jobs will secure enshrinement for PP in the Jones hall of fame.
Don’t forget in 5 years “they” will be proud of what has been done

Vsp to be offered to all non gp leaders starting next Tuesday. But not all application will be accepted. We are in this together. This is good for business. But 3000 needs to go.
