He won't. He was also involved in part of strategy, so it's not like he's going to re-imagine himself.
Whether it's arrogance or the inability to admit they were wrong, for some unknown reason ELT keeps doubling down on him even though he's widely disliked by most of home office and the field.

Yes. I've already been "optimized" once before (2023 one of the first groups) but got lucky with another role in ops. Now we are being told that every division needs to find positions to outsource/eliminate and offer VSP. T2 starts in a few days and usually a new trimester means new layoffs. At least that is how ops division has been rolling these out. If they call a division meeting at the last minute on a friday, you know the hammer is dropping somewhere.
There’s going to be plenty within the next year. I’m expecting a round each trimester through maybe T2 2026.
