Honestly at this point. I just want out. The job market is trash and I would still rather face that then continuing to work at Jones. I have never in my life worked for a firm that just has zero clue on what they are doing. They have no clue what technology is or how to rollout it out. They don't know how to train well. They just grab cr-p throw it on the wall and hope that something sticks. But nothing ever does which is the sad but true part about it.

Do not let your pride get in the way. Make them pay you to leave. EJ wants you to think you have pride and leave without getting paid. It is the best of both worlds for the company.
You're not alone. Leave on your own terms, whatever that looks like for you.
Make them pay you to leave. If you leave without making them pay you you are doing them a favor. It is what they want. The original post on this thread may be a company post posing as an associate who has lost hope trying to encourage others to leave without a VSP.
OP you're frustration is understandable, and it's good that you have confidence in yourself and your abilities to be successful wherever you may land next. That is, if you do leave. This could be a momentary setback only. Keep your head up!
