VSP?

Has anything been leaked as far as what the VSPs will look like? Anyone know what ops were offered? I’ve heard 2 weeks per year of service, plus job placement support, but idk how true that is.

For the VSP, do you just receive an email saying your eligibility for it or does HR schedule a meeting with you? What was the first step of the VSP for those that went thru it on Operations?

@OP+1jt40bb1j Based on other eligibility criteria I’ve seen them apply to other comp and rewards items, I sadly doubt they’d round up years worked for higher VSP payouts.

Don’t hold your breath on the rounding up. If they cared about you they would VSP one member of the ELT and save enough money for the entire firm. I guess we can shred the “Richest Man in America” letter. Sorry they are letting you down, Ted.

Sure hope they prorate or round up a non full year, wouldn’t want to see someone working 5 years and 9 months and only getting credit for 5 years.

I’ve heard that non GP leaders will get the first VSPs, regardless of tenure. No idea why, as GPs would be where they were supposed to start. Who tf knows. Then Jones age of 70. But age of 70 as of a specific date? Within the calendar year? Again, who tf knows. Fun

2 weeks per year worked (not sure if there’s a cap on it), 3-6 months of benefits, and the job placement services I think was related to helping with your resume.
