EJ sent out a reminder that every associate and GP who live within a commutable distance is to report to the office at least three days per week. This will continue through Trimester 1 2026. You can bet it will be increased to more days per week when they have the room due to upcoming layoffs. Too bad David Chubak hides out in New York.

@OP it will probably go to 5 days for T1 of 2026. The firm tends to hide stuff in Amplify..
Yes. I think it will be a five day work week. Folks are swiping badges in and then walking back out the door.
I used to be in a department where all leaders did 3 day work week but finished their days at home. Meanwhile all the peon employees had to stay...
I bet it's going to be 5 day work week in 2026. They tend to hide things in small print in announcements.
Are they requiring HBA to come in now?
It's a shame it can't still be like that. I go in twice a week. I live outside of the commutable distance but I don't know if that's in in place or if they no longer are doing that.
I was going in at least once a week for the most part cause that’s what my leader and I agreed to. Even my leader themselves said I don’t really need to see you. If work gets done it gets done but if it doesn’t then that’s when you will be coming in 3 days a week.
Previous poster can I ask how many days a week before you were coming in before your leader said something? Im sure i will get the same talk. Are they still allowing flex schedules like how your break up your day and/or consolidated work week?
Yup also got pulled aside by my leader as well saying I had to come in more. With the originally language it came down to flexibility based off what your leader allows but they changed that up on 4/29 with a new amplify. Personally it all comes down to control cause let’s be real if the work gets done who gives a rats a-s.
Received a message from my leader last week, three full days in office weekly or you will receive disciplinary action from HR. Leaders don't control it, it's at a Jones level.
You might want to search for the Flexible Work Arrangements Policy. They snuck in some "required a minimum of three in-office days" language since then.
Fun fact about the Hybrid situation is that when it was first announced and to this day the language they used was your expected but does not say mandatory and that talk to your leader about what flexibility looks like for you.
Weekly attendance reports are already going to your GP. This is one way they can terminate you versus offering you a VSP.
They’re also doing it as a CYA measure when they inevitably announce 5 days in office in T1 2026, almost like a “we sent a reminder on 4/29/25 about the policy but you still didn’t adhere to it, so…”
This is passive aggressive but it's a clear warning. Trust me, they already know who isn't coming in enough days. The next step will be action against individuals.
